Needs Analysis – We strive to gain thorough understanding of your company’s culture and environment while creating a detailed position description and hiring process profile.

Dedicated Team - We will assign the position to one of our established, industry Specialized Recruiting Divisions, working in partnership to educate our teams on the details of your specific needs.

Plan and Perform Search – Our designated Recruiting Team Specialists will develop a detailed search plan and begin networking and sourcing for qualified candidates.  The Business Development Director will continue to communicate with the recruiting team regarding updated needs and support.

Candidate Screening – Once a candidate has been identified and screened by a Recruiting Specialist, the Business Development Director provides a second phase of screening by interviewing the candidate to ensure the candidate matches the job requirements, objective deliverables and client’s culture.

Candidate Presentation – Pre-qualified candidate resumes are presented to the hiring manager and initial interviews are scheduled and conducted.  Our Business Development Directors will work closely with our client managers ensuring successful attraction of the top candidate.

Post Interview Debriefing – The candidate and hiring manager’s mutual interests are confirmed, including company culture, skills, compensation, and hiring confirmation.  The Recruiting Specialist and Business Development Director will work together in identifying any “red flags” that may prevent successful acquisition of the best candidate.

Background Screening – Criminal Background, Professional References, Education, Professional Designation/Certification and Employment checks are conducted to ensure that the candidate’s background, employment, and salary history are accurate and meet the client’s requirements.

Position Offer and Acceptance – A verbal and written offer is made to the candidate establishing a start date and time.  The Recruiting Specialist is involved in the candidate’s resignation to mitigate issues with counter offers and ensure a smooth transition to your company.

Quality Assurance Check – Our Business Development Director and Recruiting Specialists will follow-up with our client managers and candidates to ensure complete satisfaction.
