Candidate Presentation - Pre-qualified candidate resumes are presented to the hiring manager and initial interviews are scheduled and completed.
Post Interview briefing - The candidate and hiring manager's mutual interests are confirmed, including company culture, skills, compensation, and hiring confirmation.
Background Screening - Criminal Background, References, Education, and Employment checks are conducted to ensure that the employee's background, employment, and salary history are accurate and meet the clients requirements.
Position Offer - A verbal and written offer is made to the candidate and a start date and time is established and confirmed with the client while all necessary service employment agreements are finalized.
