Background A start-up wireless provider linked a 40,000 device order for a major-retail client.  They needed  a cost-effective, across the board help in support, configuration, and delivery.  An option to hire the new consultants on after a 90 day temporary period was also needed and a complete replacement option was necessary to maintain proper production.
