HLP Solutions is pleased to offer a Referral Program, which has been created to encourage eligible professionals to refer both candidates and job opportunities to HLP Solutions to earn cash rewards.

  • The Referral Program pays cash rewards ranging from $50 to $1,000.
How the Referral Program Works:
  • To be eligible to receive a referral bonus the referring professional must fill out the HLP Solutions submittal form.
  • To be eligible to receive cash rewards the referred job opportunity or referred candidate must not already be entered or documented in the HLP Solutions database at the time of submittal.
  • The referred consultant must work no less than 90 days to count towards an eligible referral award.
  • The referred job opportunity must be no less than 90 days to count towards an eligible referral award.
  • A referring professional that refers both the job opportunity and the candidate will earn cash rewards for both.
  • A referring professional who refers a job opportunity and then places themselves on the referred assignment will earn cash reward for both.
  • A referred candidate placed anytime within six months of the HLP Solutions Referral Program submittal form being submitted to the HLP Solutions office will earn the referring professional the cash reward.
  • A referred job opportunity will earn a monetary reward if the specific job opportunity is filled. If another job opportunity materializes a cash reward will not be earned.
  • All referral payments are subject to applicable federal and state tax withholdings.
Who is eligible to participate?
  • All HLP Solutions Contractors working on a HLP Solutions client site
  • Everyone else (with the exception of the individuals listed below)
Who is not eligible to participate?
  • All HLP Solutions internal employees
  • Relatives of HLP Solutions internal employees
  • Client personnel at any level that work with HLP Solutions
  • Subcontractors and staffing partners that work with HLP Solutions
